We will practice yoga: asanas & pranayama, meditate and enjoy the beautiful polish summer at the lakeside of Mazury.

🏡Wesołowo village is located among lush & wild fields, meadows & lakes in the north part of Mazury. The owner’s house was originally a school building raised in 1918. The house is beautifully renovated still maintaining it’s antique architecture. The spacious yoga room is well equipped & ready to host the yoga practitioners.

🌱The vegetarian cuisine is based on seasonal fresh & local vegetables, fruits, herbs & flowers, often coming directly from the owner’s garden.

We will observe our bodies, breath & mind and learn to embrace them with friendliness & compassion. Each day we will be focusing on different regions of the body. First day we will be practicing the softening & relaxation of the abdomen. Second day we will be opening the region of the lungs & the heart. Third & last day of the workshop we will be looking for the lightness of the head & brightness of the mind.

Iyengar Yoga Association in Poland & Dorota Kobos are inviting for a yoga course for beginners or those who would like to ground the basis & understanding of Iyengar Yoga Method.

The program of the course is including the practice of asanas from all the groups of poses, the pranayama breathing techniques & meditation.

In the same time in Oddechowo there will be certification process going on, where the candidates for Iyengar Yoga teachers will be verifying theirs competences for Level I. Those yoga participants of beginners course who will be interested, would be able to take part in the few short 30-40 minutes demonstrative yoga sequences led by the candidates. It is a great occasion to observe & experience the requirements for Iyengar Yoga teachers who are meant to comply to the most important qualities & values of Iyengar Yoga Method.

The course will be led in Polish.
