I invite you for the two sessions of the practice dedicated to B.K.S IYENGAR by the occasion of the 100th ANNIVERSARY OF HIS BIRTHDAY at 10:00AM-12:30PM & at 6:00PM-8:30PM

✨By this special occasion we will follow one of the practice proposed by Iyengar in the Intermediate Course in his book Light on Yoga.✨
The practice of Asana & Pranayama will also include inverted poses such as Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana along with its variations (if possible)❗️
In case of any contraindications for the practice of inversions the alternative asanas of a similar effect on the body & mind will by applied.

After the good nourishing body & mind practice there will be warm soup, hot indian spicy drink ☕️ & healthy snacks waiting for you!

For Home Yoga cards holders: 2 lotus petals (2 entrances) will be signed on your card

The confirmation of the reservation for the Sunday Home Yoga Practice is the deposit payment of 80 PLN or 2 petals (2 entrances) signed on your card with the adequate annotation.
