🔷The main subject is the core strengthening action in the following group of poses:
◆Udara Akuncana Sthiti (abdominal poses)
◆Utthistha Sthiti (standing & balancing poses)
◆Paśchima Pratana Sthiti (forward body extensions)
◆Viparita Sthiti (inverted poses).

🌿I invite you to the practice which is definitely the one you need❗️☄️It will help you with regaining & maintaining the strength of your body and the health of the inner organs. It will also empower your mind and give you the guts & power to be consistent with all your important ideas & projects you decided to realize in your life.🌱

❗Please take into account that one should abstain from poses & pranayama which strongly engage deep abdominal muscles during menstruation or in case of certain health conditions, e.g. pregnancy, soon after delivery or surgery (up to 6 months after, depending on the individual situation & medical prescription).

🌿The first 1,5-2 hour of the session will consist of ASANAS
During the last 0,5-1 hour of the practice we will dedicate to PRANAYAMA.

🍵After the good nourishing the body & mind practice there will be warm vegetarian soup, warm Indian spicy drink & snacks waiting for you!

For Home Yoga cards holders: 2 lotus petals (2 entrances) will be signed on your card
