The yoga workshop is dedicated to yoga practitioners with at least 3 months of regular yoga practice. The workshop is open to both, Polish & foreign yoga practitioners & can be fully led in English.

7:00 pranayama & meditation
8:30 break for tea & fruit
9:00-11:30 yogasana
12:00 lunch
17:00 regenerative yoga practice
19:00 dinner
21:00 yogasutras & meditation (3 evenings: 3.08, 6.08, 9.08)

DOROTA KOBOS
I am a certified hatha yoga teacher in the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Method with the Level III certificate. I also graduated from The Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, Poland. I am a painter, print maker in the area of metal technique and a graphic designer. I have been practicing hatha yoga since 2002. I am regularly attending various yoga courses taught by Polish and international teachers in Europe (Spain, Germany, France), India, The RIMYI Institute of B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune and also in Australia.
