🔷The main goal of the practice is the correct preparation for the practice of all inverted poses. Viparita Sthiti practiced correctly have a deeeply regenerative influence on all the systems of the body, specially on the nervous system which further regulates the breathing, the healthy blood flow, the hormonal & digestive system.

🔶IT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE MINIMUM 3 MONTHS OF REGULAR IYENGAR YOGA PRACTICE🔶

❗PRECAUTIONS: ❗️Please take into account that one should abstain from inverted poses during menstruation, high blood pressure, serious spinal problems, wrists & shoulders fresh injuries, retinal detachment, serious sight & hearing problems. Since the practice of inverted asanas engages deep abdominal muscles, one must be extremely careful in case of certain health conditions, e.g. pregnancy, soon after delivery or surgery (up to 6 months after, depending on the individual situation & medical prescription).

During the last ca.0,5-1 hour of the practice we will dedicate to PRANAYAMA.
